Arash AF-10 - New Engine

You may or may not have heard of Arash Motor Company and their AF-10 supercar. It is an English built exotic that has been in development for years and is finally available for purchase. But after checking their website it seems they have changed engine suppliers. Originally it used a 7.0L V8 from Chevy, the LS7. In base form it made 550hp and eventually twin turbos were available with 1300hp.

I checked their website and the engine section is changed. No more LS7, but a new 5.5L V10. I could not recognize this engine and so I tried to figure it out. I tried every brand I knew of that built a V10 in this size range, expecting it to be BMW, but nothing. While on a forum the other day, looking about a discussion for a crate engine for someone's car I came across it.
On Arash's website it does not say Judd on the valve cover

The mystery 5.5L V10 has revealed itself as a Judd GV 5.5 Liter S2 V10. This is actually good news. While I love small block Chevys, they are becoming quite common in supercars. Not surprising with their low weight, high reliability, affordability and ability to make tremendous power. But they are too average to just throw one in an exotic. Never before have I seen a supercar with a Judd engine, and it is generally reserved for race cars.
This V10 makes 800hp, unrestricted, naturally aspirated.
Check it out.

    2. whats your concern , lol that sounds like envidious excuse , and you call me back when european car makers can male a 7 liters engine with 26mpg fuel economy, big liter well igeniered engine is the key to high torque low RPM big HP and LONG LIFE , euro engines use alot of REV to hit the high HP that american engines make under lower RPM +better fuel economy. euro engines spends tons of gas under 4liters now thats uneficient + the high RPM neededbrings an easy engine fairlure coz of hard use,, coz when you use high reving engines then durability is an issue
